Email Notification:

When DTS creates a new software maintenance release, or encounters a problem that gets classified as "HIPER", DTS customer support sends a Maintenance Announcement email to registered customers that have requested notification.

Our support staff also produces a Weekly Digest that includes summary information about the product maintenance activity that occurred during the previous week. This list also includes the Maintenance Announcement emails.
